Understanding the Business process associated with RSBY and other tags.

- RSBY, what is the process? then we have to figure out the interface

Issue of maintaining consistency of adding a discount with the tags

- Discount in the previous pages is on a pop up box? Tags do the same function

  • Getting Hands on Feedback

  • Task based testing

    • To create a list of tasks for the users (Sathyan)

    • How are they completing the tasks? Paths

  • Take printouts of every screen ,to scribble around during testing and find screens and elements which pose a challenge to the task
