Objective: Review progress of Lab module, thoughts on GSoC, UI/UX Progress, Tying back-end and front-end together

- Jianhua making great progress, has 1 bug fix already completed and in need of review

- lab-order likely to be last part to come through; sub-class of OpenMRS order

- expose specific information needed by front end, and do all logic/processing to combine info on the back end (minimize REST calls)
