If others are interested in trying this project management tool, we're happy to assign you tasks that way, but we don't want to provide excessive overhead.

Split up the task flows document into many sub documents to help divide-and-conquer
Priority order for modules... Registration > Screener > Lab > OPD > Pharmacy > Billing
Found Sencha Touch 2 and ExtJS 3 stencils for OmniGraffle
testing how useful it is to use at this stage in our design
Suggest that Susan is final go-to for Design questions. If we need to negotiate across design and development, can do this at a project management level
Import to consider the conceptual flow.. If we aren't getting solid wireframes, we need to take a step back to make storyboards, simple drawings... nail down the concepts before we dive into details
