• For full-time designers working on Raxa, we will use JIRA to track UIUX issues.

  • If others are interested in trying this project management tool, we're happy to assign you tasks that way, but we don't want to provide excessive overhead.

  • OPD
    • need more help with OPD designs, they haven't been updated in many weeks
  • Lab
    • Sathyan working on landing page and paper entry page
    • John Anzelc working on Nancy's task flows
    • Split up the task flows document into many sub documents to help divide-and-conquer
  • Priority order for modules... Registration > Screener > Lab > OPD > Pharmacy > Billing
• Found Sencha Touch 2 and ExtJS 3 stencils for OmniGraffle
  • testing how useful it is to use at this stage in our design

• Suggest that Susan is final go-to for Design questions. If we need to negotiate across design and development, can do this at a project management level
• Import to consider the conceptual flow.. If we aren't getting solid wireframes, we need to take a step back to make storyboards, simple drawings... nail down the concepts before we dive into details
• Follow-up on hiring/volunteers for UI/UX
