  1. General project updates
    1. Housekeeping meeting this past week  2012-07-06 Housekeeping Meeting
      1. Thanks to everyone for help with the one-pagers!
      2. Congrats to all for resolving more issues than issues created
      3. Patient Privacy working group
    2. redesign of raxa brand (homepage, blog, etc): Susan suggests we stick with one logo color for now.
  2. UI / UX updates:
    1. UI / UX call this past Tuesday 2012-07-03 UX Meeting updates (friendly reminder:  all designs must include (1) cover with updates about what changed from previous version (2) notes / annotations on how interactions flow from screen to screen. Please keep doing this. Need to streamline the process of getting feedback from JSS in an efficient manner.
    2. Pharmacy module- there are still some outstanding questions
    3. Progress on style guides from Hyeona and Yasmine
    4. Lab Module - went through some of the Screens with Rajesh and Sunil on Thursday - Sathyan
    5. IPD-OT Module - Observing the working of the same and did photo documentation. Have had conversations with the staff nurses and Sister Kutty; Will work on work flows of In Patient ward today. - Sathyan

  1. General development update from John V Stoecker and/or Nathan.
    1. Nathan edited the Getting Started Guide.
    2. recruiting for volunteers and full-time: we have been welcoming many new volunteers to the project and are excited for them to become active in the coming weeks (introductions forthcoming)
    3. John V Stoecker updated the Server-side Configuration and Contributing code - How to Commit Code pages.

  2. Patient facing module:  Have visited village centres and interviewed patients and will be documenting the feedback on design, will be forwarding storyboards to UI/UX team.

  4. Lab module update 
    1. Roger is guiding Piyush Madan with daily meetings at 5:30 pm IST.
    2. Call between Roger & Nathan on 2012-07-06 to re-evaluate workplan.
    3. Few Blockers (in back-end) are found & our aim is to work on clearing those this week.
    4. Most of the Sencha work is now paused (waiting to clear those blockers)
    5. Wiki of jsslab will be updated this week.
    6. Martin is maintaining openmrs instance. Some issues are found (like missing lab related concepts,etc), which will be cleared very soon. still some errors popping up (front end blockers)
    7. Piyush Madan will be shifting to back-end of jsslab (as suggested by Nathan) this week to clear blockers with help from Roger & Martin.

  5. Registration:
    1. Leif: Working on validation of forms. Almost there. has some questions, that he can hopefully resolve in the next few days, needs a good foundation for validation. (He will discuss with Piyush and Nathan)
