Open Issues:
- should we have buttons in the top right (to link to lab, radiology, etc) in the top menu bar?
- LOTS of options, I think, in long run (view EKGs, etc, every other possible kind of report/test/etc)
- does it make more sense to put lab in the main OPD workflow or not?
- history->examination-> LAB/DATA -> diagnosis -> treatment
- when is it OK to push all the UI elements (4 tabs, etc) out of the way in OPD?
