General header issues

• Module names, logos, user ID, timestamp, etc...

Open Issues:

• should we have buttons in the top right (to link to lab, radiology, etc) in the top menu bar?
  
  

  • LOTS of options, I think, in long run (view EKGs, etc, every other possible kind of report/test/etc)

• does it make more sense to put lab in the main OPD workflow or not?
