- Demoing first five modules: Registration, Screener, OPD, Pharmacy, Lab
- In depth demo of Registration
- They are now using our system to print cards.
- They no long have to write out registration cards by hand.Â
- In depth demo of Pharmacy
- Stock Inventory will be most useful for Pharmacy now. They will start using the prescription functions after more modules are implemented
- To be done: import all current batches, more training sessions
- Still needs a lot of work before it adds tremendous value.Â
- Server setup of OpenMRS
- Importing patient data (3,000 of around 30,000-50,000)
- Challenge: data entered incorrectly, invalid for OpenMRS, have to change values manually
- Training sessions and User Feedback
- organized by Sathyan
- JSS connectivity
- better than expected
major problem is power cuts 1x per hour .. during this time, our system is unreliable
Â
UI / UX
- Training sessions with Registration clerks, Pharmacists, senior doctors, and staff
- RAXAJSS:Implementation, 19 Sep - 25 Sep
- 2012-09-18 UI UX Meeting
- UIUX Open Issues edited by Nathan Leiby (Unlicensed)
Â
last meeting focused on discussing billing
- Yasmine has some time again (contact her, send across screenshots and demo.raxa.org, suggest she works exclusively on visual design)
- updating pharmacy and registration designs
- need to mesh DP and Yasmine designs from Reg and Pharmacy
- "real" design being used for pharmacy is what matches registration; currently using something closer to Yasmine's Registration designs
- delay UI/UX meeting until people return from JSS... should make sure we respond to all the issues raised from the hospital
Development
- General
- Remote contributing student groups
- need modular, well-defined subprojects (can these folks contribute to existing: lab, radiology?)
- "step back" ... code clean-up, refactoring, re-architecting
- JSS maintainance the setup when we move away
decision support using arden rules is underway
- Remote contributing student groups
