HISTORY TAB and its contents

  • The first tab under HISTORY, labelled OVERVIEW would have fields in 1 column

    • CHIEF COMPLAINT - 1 line entry can have a smaller text field

    • HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS could be 1+ paragraphs - need taller text field (in future, we have have TEXT FIELD on click before FORMS)

    • CURRENT MEDICATION and PAST MEDICAL/SURGERY fields need time stamp information and should be designed better

  • SOCIAL HISTORY and FAMILY HISTORY to be seperate tabs
    LAB, RADIOLOGY as 3rd tab following History, Examination

    • Each tab would have a view of the history of lab orders/radiology orders and it would have a + BUTTON, to CREATE LAB ORDER

    • Pop over to be used for created LAB ORDER
