possible approaches:
extend list and write alternate renderer
use HTML within list to make images appear
move buttons outside of the list item altogether <-- move buttons

vertical navigation tabs don't exist in sencha (currently)

possible approaches:
using horizontal tabs, currently
could create vertical tabs using HTML <===
-> Have to add HTML inside javascript
-> Use same CSS from Sencha, to make it match

Treatment Tab "+" icon

This is to add new types of Treatment (function explained in OPD 4.0)

Chief Complaint

functions with typed autocomplete (~30 possible complaints)
treatment type = "Drug" should be a dropdown

Alcohol and drugs

If submitting response from these icons, it's better to include it in the form
can use a series of lists in a popup window?

Problem List

Use a button to link to it? Or problem list label text?

Feedback from Astha:

disease should be highlighted / bold
suggest that sorts shouldn't be tabs ... should look visually different from the filters on top left
Wants Problem List to be written as a label on "treatment", on left-hand side
