• UI/UX:  

  • Weekly UI / UX meeting is held each Tuesday at 10:30AM IST (or Monday 10:00PM PST for you Californians). Update from Susan Wolfe, our UI/UX lead.

  • Most significantly, we have Sathyan Velumani, an experienced UI researcher-designer joining us full-time in the New Delhi office starting today.

  • We continue to need help identifying which components from Sencha & Ext JS to use for our designs:

• Google Summer of Code:  

  • The April 6 deadline for submitting application proposals has passed.  Thank you to the many, many applicants who put a huge amount of time and energy into this effort.

  • We have 90 unique applications.  We aren’t sure, but this might be a record for a first-time mentor organization.

  • This past week’s developer call was mostly about GSoC included Martin Gielow, Melania Galea  Manav Goel, Arpit Goyal, Apurv Tiwari, Daniel Pepper, Surajit Nundy, Nathan Leiby, Satyaakam Goswami, Hemanth Devarapalli.

Module-Specific

• Lab:  

  • Back end: Updates from Roger Friedman, who is leading the development of the Lab module’s back-end.

  • Front end: Awaiting new designs from John Anzelc in the form of Lab Task Flows v1.6.x.  

• Pharmacy:
