New Issue from Stock Center - Raj Kumar - This excercise helped us understand that this is better than one on one training and actual real example and situations are better than other test cases
- System check in Registration counter and the new printer to be used for printing the REGISTRATION CARDS starting Monday.
This would replace the written cards used in JSS now. It would be one of the our first value add due to the EMR in their work process. - Walkthrough to create the user accounts with Sharayu, JSS
- Updated Pharmacy Feedback https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WYEgScivu6vKQmOmY42y8Q24mx7LenOzbHFtQUDHLcs/edit
Learning
- More training required and Basic computer education among all staff would help a lot with the adaption of the EMR
- Better feedback process; Users of the system would be more comfortable giving feedback live than other forms such as mail, spreadsheets etc.,
We might have to have Sharayu to regularly talk to the users and update the sheet with their feedback.

27 September
- John V Stoecker (Unlicensed), reporting live from Ganiari in sunny Chattisgarh.Today was the big push to complete pharmacy and begin training -- you can see a lovely screenshot below. Pictured are live drug batches from the pharmacy stock center. The UI is still improving, and there are many other components to add: reports, purchase orders to outside manufacturers, and billing. The pharmacists can now:-make/update a prescription on new or returning patients + print prescriptions-receive and send stock between the various locations in the hospital-check low/expiring stock and make requisitions/issues between locations and subcentres. In other news, patient import continues to chug along, and we have 45095 patients registered, around 2/3 of the total.Overall, I believe it has been a successful initial demo/test/rollout phase. We have gotten a lot of great feedback, and parts of JSS Hospital are using our system.
