Two Way IVR and SMS for Patients
The project aims to create a IVR service as well as an SMS service to allow patients to solve their day-to-day queries and thus significantly reduce burden on the hospital authorities. The project use technology like Asterisk, Asterisk-Java (FastAGI protocol and Manager AMI),Talk To Speech,Hibernate and REST API.For SMS I will be using mvayoo Gateway.
The project will offer the following functions:
We will be sending reminders to people about their daily prescription via an IVR / SMS
The number used for sending this prescription will also be an inbound number where people can call back if they couldn't get that information in the first place
SMS will be used for same where patient types in a code which will fetch the result for him.
- There will be a “call the doctor if urgent” facility.
Patients will have an option to receive reminders either through SMS or IVR or both.
