Tasks Completed :
- Created RaxaAlert Table and Hibernate CRUD.
- Created RaxaAlert Service Layers and RaxaAlert DAO helper methods.
Created Properties Bundle for UI and Messages Strings.
- Created Patient Summary view in the Screener module.
- Bug fixed in Login Screen (Login screen does not redirect to dashboard if user is already logged in).
- Changed the request type of Util.saveBasicAuthHeader() to a synchronous request from an asynchronous request.
