Meeting on Radiology module on July 4, 2012 with Juan Rivera

--Juan Rivera has agreed to develop back end REST services for Radiology within the next 2 months

--Discussed whether Rails vs. Java should be used for RESTful interface

• pros: Rails is easier to program
• cons: would make setup more complicated, adding more unecessary layers

--If Raxa has extra volunteers, we will send them to help develop the Radiology RESTful layer

--We will both look into using DCM4che http://www.dcm4che.org/ as a standard for interacting with the radiology lab
