In Pharmacy Raxa logo should be clickable , so that when we click on it , we can go back to dashboard .

Description

Add a Raxa logo in the upper left corner of the pharmacy module, src/pharmacy.

When clicked, the window location should come one level up to ./../#Dashboard.

(To get an idea of what it should look like, you can see the registration module, which has a logo in upper right.)

I have added the button but am not sure if I have done it in the way you would like. I did it by adding an image and then defining a listener on it. It looks a bit over-complicated for what it is. I took the suggestion from http://jebbeich.blogspot.co.uk/
